I really enjoyed reading this book and learnt a lot from it.It is concise and pinpoints the main areas that a beginner to running a serviced accommodation / AirBnB / holiday let needs to know to avoid many of the pitfalls.As an experienced host myself, I found myself constantly repeating “why didn’t I think of doing it this way”.
