Great Packaging and quality.
Wanted to supplement my weight set with some tens and saw this set of four Cap plates at a great price. I couldn't be happier with the purchase. Cap had these packaged so well. They were double boxed, and each plate was wrapped and surrounded with foam. I could not find one flaw on any of the plates and the quality is excellent. Baked enamel paint coating was perfect. Plates appear to be well casted without any sharp edges.

Great for olympic dumbbells
I got these for some olympic dumb bells and they are just the right size for that purpose. I like that there are grips all the way around as it makes it easier to pick up and handle the weights and you can also use them for other purposes by themselves just by gripping the built in finger holds. The inside bearing edge is very smooth and didn't scratch my dumbbell sleeves.
