There are two sets of curved end pieces that only fit one way; however when you get them in the proper places, they still don’t fit correctly. The curved end pieces are swaged to fit into the upper tube handrail, but not swaged far enough on the kit I received and the weld blow through from the vertical square supports to the upper tube handrails prevented the curved end pieces from being inserted all the way to seat with the O Rings on one side. I was able to make it all work with lots of pencil grinding on the weld blow through debris and my metal cutoff saw. If you don’t already have these tools to fix, then don’t buy this product. Again, I got it to fit for mine with lots of care & about 3 hours of work with tools that I already have. More quality control is needed from the factory to trial fit the curved end pieces prior to shipping to prevent this issue. Other than that, the quality of workmanship of the balance of the overall product was good and workable.

First time I’m installing ramp with handrails for my 90+ year old parents who use a walker/wheelchair. The 3.5 inch step and the EZ Access Gateway 3 foot ramp with handrails were a perfect match. I had a hard rubber ramp from before that I kept under this new ramp but my parents need handrails to grab on to so this was an upgrade they appreciated. I also found it easy to use a wheelchair on this ramp.Now they go out onto their covered lanai every day!
