This a a really great book for anyone who does coaching, whether they are new to coaching or more experienced. Lots of ideas and techniques which are well explained. Useful for beginners to learn from, and great for stimulating the synapses of those who are more experienced by giving some inspiration. A must have for anyone who coaches.

Really fantastic book, so beautifully laid out and jam packed with over 100 tools and techniques from so many highly experienced business and personal coaches - they each share their favourite tools and techniques in a really easy to assimilate shared format, taking you step by step through why and how you could use their tool and their experience of where it has worked best for them. It’s this that makes this the perfect browsing book to inspire coaching sessions. Would definitely highly recommend as a fabulous investment - you will keep coming back to and use again and again
