I brought these orthodontic chains for my braces to close my four premolar extraction gaps by moving teeth in. This are fantastic and very strong, durable which helps in moving teeth. Although i would suggest everyone to buy the grey colour as the transparent ones gets tainted with the food colour we eat pretty easily. But that is not the product fault, its transparent so it will get dirty easily. Also, i made a mistake by ordering the most tighter one which is the continuous long version, if you're planning to close gaps on your own, i suggest you first start with the less tighter option first which is the short one.
