Im not really a reviewer. Mainly because I forget. But... Let me tell you why I love this product and why the company is awesome. I was very hesitant about buying a menstral cup to try after I found out about them. One of the reasons was the price. Seemed a bit pricey but they do last up to 10 years or so and they are better for the environment. I found this product and noticed when you buy one you donate one to someone in need and If I'm honest, that tied with their satisfaction guarantee sold it to me (not coz I'm a good person but because I'm tight and I figured my money would go further this way coz ya know... more cups lol The fact they were going to someone in need was an appealing bonus). I'm a mother of two children so I wasn't sure this would work for me. It took me a while to figure out how to get it to open and how to position it, but once I did it worked for about half an hour then it started to leak pretty bad. I'm afraid the first 24 to 48 hours of shark week is a bit of a bloodbath. I know that's gross but periods are gross lol. The rest of the week it works SO great. It is so comfortable, doesn't hurt, easy to take out and clean. I loved having two sizes to try. So I was already pretty happy with the product but I decided to try their satisfaction guarantee (which normally I hate as sometimes companies really fight you on it), and emailed them about the leaking. I only had to mention it once and they sent me out a larger one to try free of charge immediately. I was so impressed at their service. They are a great company that sell great products, they really care about their customers and I can't rate them highly enough. If you are on the fence about getting a pixie cup, I implore you to give it a go. Also just a little thing for me personally, but I did notice the little acts scripture reference inscription on the inside of the cup and as a Christian myself, it was just a nice little surprise and a lovely thought so yeah. With age, my cycle became more and more frequent, and the bleeding a lot heavier, to such an extent that I had to go to a GP about it. Anyway, everything is ok, but my life was really impacted, as I had to change my doubled-up sanitary products every hour, and even more often at times. My friend recommended that I try this. I was hesitant at first; you know, it's a bit unusual. But OMG, it's such a lifesaver! There's a learning curve for sure, but once you get the hang of it, it's pretty amazing. No more leaks, no more stress; I feel like I've got my life back.

I think this product and the customer service deserves a 5 star review! I have been using Pixie cup from 5 years now and I am a very satisfied customer. I like the comfort of using a menstrual cup and I am no way going back to a pad. I like the quality and material of the cup and for me the tail of the cup is just right! It fits in and comes out without mess. I had switched size of the cup recently but it wasn't a right move. I reached out to customer care with my issues and they were so kind in helping me by suggesting alternative cup/ disc. And in no time I received my new product. I will recommend this product to anyone who is willing to give it a try! You will never regret or go back!

I recently ordered a Pixie cup (large) and loved the quality and feel of it. The product itself feels well-made and thoughtfully designed, and I appreciate the little bag, wipes, and lubrication you get as well. It can feel a bit fiddly at first — figuring out the right fold, height, and position takes a little experimenting. But once you get the hang of it, it honestly feels like you’re not even on your period. The size I chose turned out to be a bit too big for me, so I reached out to the Pixie team. Ali responded so quickly and kindly, offering to send me a smaller size for free. The customer service has been genuinely exceptional — warm, personal, and really supportive. I feel very well taken care of and would absolutely recommend Pixie to anyone considering trying a cup, it really does change your whole menstrual experience.

Good cup, flexible, easy to use. It turned out to be the wrong size for me, so they sent me the size they thought sounded right for me – without charging me anything for it. Way easier than tampons etc

***UPDATE*** I bought a Pixie brand cup to use with this (I needed a larger capacity cup anyway!) and it works perfectly!! It’s a little awkward to use for the first time, but once you get the right angle, it goes smoothly. Very glad I gave it a chance, because this is a game changer if you have any dexterity issues with your hands. — old review below — I was so excited to try this. I had hand surgery, and gripping and holding things with my fingers is difficult - I was struggling with holding the fold with my hands, and this seemed like the solution I needed! The device seems simple enough to use and is easy to clean. I like that it comes with a case. I use a Lena brand cup - the sensitive/soft kind. I tried folding it and inserting it into the device, and as soon as I move my hand away - the velocity in which it shoots out of the thing is hilarious. I can’t tell you how hard I laughed - it shot across the bathroom. I tried it over and over again thinking I inserted it into the device wrong, and every single time it just wanted to shoot out of there. I couldn’t even get it down there to insert it in time. I think there needs to be a bit of a texture to the inside clamps to hold the cup a little firmer- or something. I know it needs to be smooth so when you push the tube up, it can slide past it to insert. But it needs some tweaking. Giving this the benefit of the doubt and am purchasing a Pixie brand cup to try and use with this. Maybe it will work better with holding it in place long enough to insert? I will update with my findings later!

I had been using Diva cup (model 1) for seven years. There was a learning curve, but once I got it I (mostly) got it, and accepted there would always be some leaks. I realized it had been far too long since I replaced it, so went shopping. I tried the smallest Saalt cup because I heard it could reduce cramps. Absolutely hated it. It leaked constantly and I could almost never get it to open, even after two months. Then i tried Pixie, the small (yellow). OH MY GOD. Where has this thing been all my life!!!!! The thing with cups is they are pretty easy to insert, and remove (you just have to bear down, and they will come back down so you can reach the stem). The issue is getting them to OPEN once they are inside you. Saalt never did. Diva would take some finagling, tugging and twisting, even after years of use. For some reason, and I really wish I knew why, Pixie opens so much easier. I barely have to try. It just WORKS. It also seems to leak way less than the Diva cup ever did. If you are comparing Diva cup size 1 with Pixie, GO WITH PIXIE. They are almost the exact same volume and width. I also think this would be a great cup for a first time cup user. It just...opens!
