This is made from extremely thin plastic. It barely will hold up putting a very small amount of litter on it to start.I have toilet trained every cat I have had in my life and never had a problem with the kits.Please go order a different set. This one is probably not going to last long enough for my cat to get through all the stages.As far as how it is set up its fine. Scored at the same places as other brands. A little hard to get them to pull out as they aren't scored as well as they could have been.My kitten took to it right off, by day 4 I had already taken away his litter box. But I most likely am going to have to order another kit for it to last through all the stages.AGAIN this is a very flimsy, thin product and won't hold up any cat/kitten if it were to slip on the rim of your toilet. My little guy is very small, around 6 month old and he has fallen through several times.

Over the years I have purchased 4 toilet training sets for various cats. I will never purchase this one again. It is so thin and poorly constructed that it is worthless. I wouldn't want my cat to put any weight on it, the toilet training seat might give way.
