I was skeptical of buying hair online. I need to feel it first for softness and potential irritation issues. When I got this hair, I was pleasantly surprised by the feel and quality. This is the first passion twist product I've been able to keep from tangling and matting after more than a couple of weeks. I'm a month into my wear and it still looks good. (See pics) It can be taken out and re-installed. I've never been able to do that before. Almost every strand can be reused. A few have gotten snagged by my glasses and the headbands I used to keep it off my face and neck during workouts. The hair isn't heavy even though I used more than one pack. I wanted a fuller look so I bought the 4" pack to fill the back of my head. I've gotten so many compliments on this hair. My mom has been asking me to order some for her. I definitely will be purchasing this again.

Very pretty color, I was looking for something really short and I was thinking that these were already cut the length that I wanted but that is where I was wrong, these were a little longer than what I was expecting but that is totally fine. My daughter received the same here in a more vibrant color as she is a preteen and enjoy fun hair. My style was cute especially in a bun.

Texture of hair was really good, easy to install and it did not get tangled.
