VERY DISAPPOINTED
For what it cost along with having to upgrade electrical I'm so very disappointed in the heat output, the coils do not even come up to a glow, which you would expect in a 240volt 50amp heater, I can put my hands right up next to the front face grates, would have been better off with a couple 110-volt $40.00 space heaters, which is less than the cost of the electric upgrade itself.

Good heater
Hood heater. Warmed up my garage. Will see how it does in winter, but in fall, my garage got toasty. I did trip my breaker, you really do need a 50 amp circuit. I ran it for awhile on a 30 amp circuit with extension cord, and turned up half away and it ran good. Going to full power, you need a 50amp. On low power, a 30amp dryer outlet was fine. I also will be replacing the extremely stiff power cord with a flexible SJO cable. This unit, is an all year round unit. You have fan only for warm weather, and a low and high heat setting for cold weather. On the downside, it is expensive for what it is. And it’s costing me more to replace the ridgid power cable. Cable is too stiff.

Junk, doesn't heat up
Approved my return and then shipping labels wont print. Now I'm stuck with this junk. If you just need something to collect dust in the corner of your shop go ahead. Should have paid attention to all the very bad reviews before I purchased, very bad, no heat, does not work as described. Good idea bad design.. Bill from Leonard Texas

Nothing works right.
This heater does not put out any heat. Put an amp probe on it and get nothing. Seems as though there is a bad connection. The 3 speed blower only has one speed. Do not spend your money on this. I might be able to get it working but if I try I won’t be able to return it.

Great garage heater!
Heater works great! It does require the 240V 50amp outlet, so if you don’t have one there is that added cost to add one. But worth it! I have a gym in my garage that you can’t use in the winter because it’s too cold. Today it was below freezing and I had the garage door open for 2 hours while the electrician installed the outlet in my garage. The garage was very cold. Nice I shut the garage door and plugged in the heater it took the garage about 15 minutes to heat up to where I was too hot with long sleeves and sweat pants on. Made the whole room very comfortable.

What a piece of 💩..
Burned up wires. Don’t barely put out any heat. 4 gauge wire goes to 12 gauge wire directly after the power cord. Don’t get ripped off. 1500 btu heater with a fan puts out more heat. What a let down in these hard times when the price of everything is through the roof. I guess it’s back to propane and hope that I can get a refund. I’ll give this company the benefit of the doubt that they will for now but wow I’m surprised there in business with this “quality comfort zone heater”..

Little to no heat from this unit. Steer clear
I have let the unit run for over 30 minutes and to say it is luke warm at best would be generous. little to no change in the fan speed also when you turn the dial. Will be returning produt as soon as I take the time to tear it all down and box it back up again. They should have to pay for my labor on this one its so bad.

Doesn't heat very well
For drawing 40+ amps, this thing doesn't put out much heat at all.
