Great boerewors flavour.After making them as directed. Personally, I'd add 125% of seasoning to meat ratio just to get a little bit more of a pronounced taste. It needs a binder too. Use potato starch, rice flour, or any good binding agent for better results.

Superb taste and it makes the best boerewors sausage!! So easy and simple to use. I would recommend it any time!
