Control screen is different as it is shown
I recently bought this TIG welder WT242P AC/DC from you via Amazon, I’m wondering why it has the control and display from the VM Newyork 2500 10-200A and not the one it’s showing on Amazon. Although the Manual it came with is for the WT242P AC/DC Tig welder. Please advise what to do, sent it back to replace it or getting a new Manual. Another thing is that the display isn’t showing the welding ramp with each parameter and I need those to set up the machine to right parameters. one of the cons are the HF arc start is not strong enough to start the process, I always have to touch the material to start (hotstart).

So far so good
Just learning to TIG weld. Got the box which was clearly someone's return. Even has her name on a lined out label. I tried to assemble the torch but the threads were striped and it wouldn't tighten. Contacted tech support and they sent me end caps. :( I was unable to upload a video but the finally sent me a new torch assembly. Got an Argon tank and started playing. Haven't tested all the settings yet but so far so good.

Some parts are just not right
Some things on this just arent right. For example, on initial setup found the electrode tail cap was wrong threads. The stub cap on the right works, but the part I need to work is wrong.

Not good
Came with a manual which looked like it was put together by a 3rd grader. Number were referenced wrong and lack detail. Note also the Stalhwerk 5 pin foot peddle will not work as they installed the male 5 pin on the machine. It needs to be the female. Possibly look elsewhere.

MANUAL DOES NOT TELL YOU IN ANY WAY HOPE TO SET UP THE MACHINE TO WELD THE PARAMETERS
