It does not. But the H-ligature is $35.99 and work fairly well.

What ligature do you recommend for this mouthpiece?

Really not sure why everyone says the H ligature...the mouthpiece is slightly smaller and with the H lig even with all screws to the limit has wiggle room...I'd say the Versa, Rovner or if you just so happened to have one...the enlightened lig

What type of ligature works best with this mouthpiece?

I use a rovner dark with D'addario #2 filed reeds or a L'ge're Signature #2 reed
