These deluxe editions are absolutely STUNNING! I’m obsessed Lol Well worth collecting if you are a Potterhead like myself I will definitely splash out and collect all 7 I’m waiting for Prisoner of Azkaban to be delivered today, so excited I can’t wait. I’m an artist myself and fully appreciate how talented Jim Kay is. Beautiful work! I struggled to find more than 3 reviews of these books on YouTube and there are non at all of Goblet of fire as yet! But i am most likely going to buy this as soon as I’ve saved up! I definitely recommend these if you love Harry Potter and want something extra special ***** ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Für mich als Fan schöner Büchereditionen war auch Teil 2 der Deluxe Illustrated Editions von Bloomsbury ein Pflichtkauf. Der Inhalt ist identisch mit der normalen Chamber of Secrets Version und setzt die spannende Geschichte um Harry Potter nahtlos fort, jedoch hier in einer fantastischen und komplett illustrierten Aufmachung. Zugegeben, der Preis ist schon sehr stattlich, jedoch ist diese Ausgabe jeden Cent wert. Sowohl der Schuber als auch das eigentliche Buch sind sehr hochwertig (in Rot mit goldfarbenen Prägungen), mit 2 Lesebändchen im Buch (auch rot und gold). Die zahlreichen Illustrationen von Jim Kay sind zudem wunderschön. Zusätzlich liegt noch eine große Faltkarte der Winkelgasse bei (Die Fortsetzung zur Karte aus dem ersten Band). Hier noch anzumerken ist, dass auch das zweite Buch wieder sehr gut verpackt geliefert wurde (im eigentlichen Paket nochmal in einer bedruckten Pappverpackung), sodass es wirklich unversehrt und ohne Transportspuren ankam. Wer nicht soviel Geld für ein Buch ausgeben möchte, macht auch mit der "normalen" illustrated Edition nichts verkehrt. Hier ist die Aufmachung nicht ganz so schick, die Illustrationen dürften aber die Gleichen sein.

Little pricey but bought on discount cycle. No other words but stunning!! Impressive artistry and superb quality overall. Joy to feel and see.
