Cheap fabric and made poorly. It already had staining and odor as the fabric is not waterproof at all and is super thin. Uncomfortable, cheap stuffing crinkles with use. I purchased the last expensive version of the butterfly nursing pillow and I got what I paid for. I recommend buying something of better quality for more money.

Pretty easy to use. Kind of a pain to fold up and tie for storage. Also a little difficult to use as a plus size lady but once you get a hang of it it becomes a bit easier.
