I believe these are helpful for me. I take one per day. They’re easy to swallow.

This supplement was recommended to me by a new physician after a round of tests at the hospital could not diagnose my issue. It helped tremendously and I've been taking it for 14 years. It really cuts down on ibs and constipation symptoms and helps "traffic" move in a natural, healthy, easier way. It is a total game changer, and my family takes it now, too.

Beware.......this is a new formula by Philips...not the probiotic shown in the picture. New formula completely different and not at all good for me. Because the picture is incorrect -- that is, it shows the old formula not the new formula, the seller did refund my money.... No information available as to why Phillips changed the formula, but not a good change. The old formula worked well for me for years. Very disappointing.

This product does what it advertises that it does. This was a good price for two packages.
