Great for forearm, grip and arm development for half the price of some other fat grip trainers. I would highly recommend this as an alternative at a much cheaper price.

I’ve just received these blue barbell and dumbbell grips, They fit perfectly on barbells and dumbbells, but what really impressed me is how well they work with kettlebells too—something I wasn’t sure about at first. This was a blind buy but I recommend.

I really like with product. I have used on my dumbbells when doing any kind of exercise and my forearms got bigger and stronger which is what I wanted, but I did have to have to take them off for little bit as I was getting what felt like tendon soreness. This product is really well made and I see it lasting many years.

Fits a bit loose on standard dumbells. Still usable but has a bit of slide to it when doing curls. Maybe i can shrink them in the dryer a bit or something lol.

These are shorter in length than most of the other grips I looked at but, I workout with an EZ Curl Bar and these Gainz thick grips fit perfectly on the bar where I do my bicep curls. They also fit my dumbbells however, they do not run the full length of the dumbbell bar so, that may feel awkward to some lifters as it took me a couple of workouts to get use to it. Keep in mind these are designed to go around a 1 inch bar but, you can see from the picture that they don't go completely around the 1 inch bar. I immediately thought they were the wrong size but, when you squeeze them they will engage and close in around the bar. These feel great(they are made of rugged silicone) and the thicker grip makes me feel like I'm in complete control. I can easily transfer these to whatever I'm lifting with just by pulling them off and slipping them on. The thicker grip forces your muscles to work harder and my biceps and forearms feel blasted. Yeehaw!

Great . Solid to hold and soft on your hands

Gainz Thick Grips are a direct competitor to the better known Fat Gripz brand. At less then half the price, I figured they'd be worth a shot, since the 3.75" size (length) is just wide enough for my **AVERAGE** size hands. After using them for over 2 months, however, I regret the decision. Although they do **BARELY** fit my hand (see photos), they feel too short (width-wise) on pushup stands. Recommend you measure your hands **BEFORE BUYING**. For reference, Gainz Thick Grips are 3.75", and Fat Gripz are 4.75". On the positive side, the grip quality is **VERY** good, and will last for years.

I have owned and used named brand grips before and these work just as good for half the price. I had no issues using these with the equipment at the gym I go to. Would definitely buy again if needed.

Really good product have helped with my pull up bar as the bar itself was felt small and hurt after a while. These grips helped me to get better purchase on the bar and my hands have stopped hurting as much.
