Will this work for Hydraulic metal slide rails?

Yes it’s just a spray on so it will work for just about anything. Pretty high rated lube

Do you use this on scissor jacks too, or just for slideouts?

WD-40 is a solvent and 'W'ater 'D'isplacement product, not a lubricant. Use the Slide-Out Lube on your scissor jacks. You'll notice the improvement.

My one year old rv slide out rv starts to get stuck, I don’t know about this issues, does this product help?

Make sure to clean any dirt first; I notice it didn't squeak as bad ; and it can be used on the rubber parts too. I don't know how long before I should use again. I believe there cheaper stuff that will work. But how long between and how will dirt stick ( dust ) from travels will mess with it?
