I’ve tried so many different expensive products trying to keep my bleached platinum blonde to stay moisturized, healthy & shiny. This level of chemical treatment to your hair can make it easily breakable, dry, & dull but this product fixes all of that. I’ve tried many far more expensive products between bleaching & conditioning processes; glosses, deep conditioning repair masks & more! These are steps I’ve found to work best for my hair; 1.I condition my hair & then apply this product to my hair. It feels quite warm at first but I continue to massage through my hair till it’s thoroughly covered, soft & can easily run my fingers through without tangles. 2.Then I rinse partially with lukewarm water, stopping while it still remains soft but not oily. 3.Then towel dry & blow dry my hair while having to use very little other product to protect it from heat of blow dryer or curling iron. It always styles smooth, shiny, & holding beautiful loose curls for days if I choose to use a curling iron in addition to blow drying. I rarely leave reviews but just had to because this is such a great product at a great price! Now I can’t imagine being without Garnier Fructis hair glass water! I have it on subscription so I will never run out & also get a reduced price! It’s a must have for every hair type but especially if you have processed hair!

My whole life, my hair has been straw-like and dull. After using this for a few weeks, i have noticed a real shift in my hair. It is shiny, soft, and overall just stronger. My hair doesn't feel greasy or oily after i use it but I usually try to avoid my scalp. it is easy to use and has lines on the bottle to show you how much oil to use per wash. My hair is thinner so i can typically stretch the doses. It isnt very expensive but it works like a charm. there is a bit of a smell that i cannot place but it isnt unpleasant, just unusual.

This product smells incredible, first off. I first used it on my 12 year old son’s thick, unruly hair. It made his hair soft, shiny and manageable. Looked incredible and holds the great scent for several days between washes. I then used it on my super fine hair and it was awful. My freshly washed hair appeared to be on it’s 5th day without a wash due to this product. It made my hair weighed down and appear very oily to the point even my clueless husband noticed. Great product for thick hair and I will continue to use it on my son but would not recommend if you have fine/thin hair at all.

Nothing short of a miracle. I was very doubtful of this product when I first ordered it. I'm a COMPLETE believer now. I can't believe a "drug store" product works this well. I use it instead of $50+ products ice bought from salons. I do tend leave it on a little bit longer because after i put it in my hair I typically move on to other shower related cleaning activities. However, I have done it for just the minimum amount of time and it still worked beautifully. I have found that it makes a HUGE difference in the crazy frizz my hair has been cursed with since menopause moved in (uninvited I might add). I can absolutely see it and feel it when I'm drying (or not) my hair right after washing and also for how long the smoothness stays. I love the fact I don't have to bother with as arduous of touch ups between washes. I do have to do some touch ups with a straigtener brush (I've reviewed that too- IT'S AMAZING). I have put it on auto ship just to make sure I don't run out!

I bumped into this while searching for some kind of gloss for my hair. Decided to give it a try after seeing the reviews. I fell in love with this product immediately the first time I used it in the shower. I have very long hair, I applied it at the ends first. It immediately felt warm to the touch and immediately I could feel that my hair textured had turned very soft! I went on to apply it up to about 2 inches of my scalp, then massage it into my hair as directed, followed by rinsing out. My hair felt and look amazing afterward—sleek and shiny. I also liked the very fruity but fresh smell. However, it was downhill from there. The 2nd time I used it, the effect was not quite the same as the first time. I could immediately feel the hair texture was not as smooth as the first time. I ended up using quite a bit to try to recapture the same effect as the first use. It just didn’t turn out quite the same, and my hair felt drier after it was dry. The 3rd time I use it, I used clarifying shampoo first. I thought it might have been some built-up to cause the product not to work as great, and nope, it didn’t get better, it was actually worse. It still turned warm when applied, but my hair didn’t feel any softer. The worst was that my hair felt very dry after it was dried. I’ve used it three times, and I have about 1/3 of the bottle left—two more uses max. My conclusion is that it was fun to try it, but won’t buy it again since it gives no benefits to my hair.

Can't live without this. So great for days I don't wash my supervisor curly hair! Gives a truly amazing shine!

Based on my good experience with other Garnier products, paired with raving reviews here, I purchased this. Unfortunately, it made zero difference on my thick, coarse, wavy hair. Not sure if it simply doesn’t work for me or folks are telling tales. Worse, the product feels hot when applied (as in a mild burning sensation similar to pure oregano oil or cayenne pepper extract). It caused irritation to my scalp, leaving tender red areas that wept. OUCH. No additional hair shine, no improvement in hair appearance nor manageability. I wasn’t expecting a miracle, but for me this product definitely did not deliver. Also it’s non-returnable/non-refundable. So, it didn’t work, burned me, and there’s nothing to be done about it. Into the trash it goes…I dislike wasting, so that’s an extra no for me. 👎👎👎

A gorgeous slip and sleekness without heaviness , Id give it 5 but the scent isnt the best but worth it for the results and price point

Avant d'utiliser ce produit, mes cheveux étaient extrêmement secs à cause des décolorations. Malgré l'utilisation de divers masques, je n'arrivais pas à réparer les dégâts. Lorsque j'ai acheté ce produit, je ne m'attendais pas à un changement aussi significatif, mais après un mois d'utilisation, la différence est flagrante. Mes cheveux sont plus soyeux ,plus brillants et moins abîmés, et j'ai besoin d'une petite quantité de produit. De plus, il n'a provoqué aucune réaction allergique.

I used this once and it worked well! Unfortunately discovered i was definitely allergic to something in this product. If you have sensitive eyes i would NOT recommend it for you. I didn’t entirely dry my hair and i laid on my bed. woke up with two very puffy eyelids/eyes(literally) and had to go to the hospital due to this. Pls just be aware of your allergies and what is in products before purchasing! i’ve certainly learned my lesson lol.

I used to use this lamellar water all the time for my dry and damaged hair. I thought it was just great. Then I used another drug store brand (brand name starts with 'L'), and that wonderful stuff foams, gets into every nook and cranny of the hair, and makes it silky. In comparison, this will do in a pinch if you're out of the other. It doesn't foam, it doesn't get into every nook and cranny of your damaged hair. It doesn't distribute as well, and when you compare it to the other drug store brand, your hair feels a bit rougher. That used to be acceptable when it was only $5.99 a bottle (middle of 2025). But then the price shot up to nearly $20 a bottle, which is ridiculous for a product that doesn't perform as well as it's main competitor that costs 35% less. I don't know what they think they've got here, but it's not all that.

I really wanted to like this product but it didn’t work on my hair. It made my hair frizzy and dry. After using this, I’m in need of deep conditioning.
