this are 12 sets of cupcake wrappers and toppers with double sided toppers . fit standard size cupcake toppers have foam in the middle to insert tooth pick, tooth picks are not included, this are for decoration purposes only not for baking. do not bake this .

Good product, not exactly as pictured.
These were nice and worked well. I just made green, pink and blue cupcakes, put these on top and poof...Umi Zoomi cupcakes. They don't (as pictured) have sticks though...so we just has to put the circle toppers into the cupcakes.

It wouldn't have been too hard to stick some toothpicks in the bag, but over all good quality items.
