Q: what is the width of the drawer when pulled out?

The drawers are 4-3/4 inches wide inside; 16-1/2 inches long and 4-1/4 deep. However the amount of space from the bottom of one drawer to the divider between drawers is 7 + inches. The footprint is 7-1/4 X 18-1/4

Q: What are the interior dimensions of each drawer? Would these hold plastic wrap/aluminum foil boxes or boxes of freezer bags?

5" X 15". I can put a 12" commercial roll of foil in it. BUT, it's a medium weight plastic. I keep a 2lb bag of oats on top of mine and it's already permanently sagged about 2". Not sure how well it will do with commercial rolls in it. The 16" roll of foil doesn't fit inside the drawer. I thought your question was brilliant and I got very excited about keeping my wraps in this. I'll just have to purchase the narrower wraps next time.

Q: Can you separate into two units?

Yes. In fact, if one so desired, one could separate the drawers into individual units.

Q: You did not answer question the site will only let you order 6 inch wide I want the 10 inch one

This five drawer stacking style is not available in 10"...it would be very unstable. This size stores alot and still remains steady, any higher and would need heavier supports and cost ALOT more!!!
