The choice of ingredients in this flour, mak3 it perfect for my keto diet! The rotis are really tasty as well!

I buy this product looking at the review saying it makes a good chapatti, I tried and it came out raw, I even tried to cook it for a long time, but it gets either burnt or raw. Then I tried to make it a dosa, but it takes too much time to cook and still the middle potion is raw. Then I tried to make it putt, Cooked for a long time and it's still raw. I had to throw it away since I am out of options on what to make of this flour.
