Pulled out on first use. Professiolly installed. Why use such cheap screws?

"Pulled out" sounds like it was installed into something that couldn't bear weight. Unless the threads on the screws were mangled when it came out, it's more likely that you used a "cheap professional."

I installed these into the wood behind my wall and was wondering if it could hold two 130 lb people in my two person hammock?

The hooks will yes, but you have to make sure the supporting structure you attach the hooks to is strong enough
