ABSOLUTELY GUTTED - WIRE DOESN'T WORK
Beautiful lamp, it's just a shame that the wire doesn't work and no matter what bulb you put in it, it doesn't work. Problem is definitely not with the bulbs as they work with other wires - it's just the white wire that came with the lamp. PLEASE HELP - I really want this to work, otherwise it's £35 gone for nothing. Very unhappy.

EDIT… one delivered broken the other delivered as Crystal not lamp?
Absolutely gutted. This stunning lamp was delivered broken and unable to use. The crystal it’s self is just stunning, really can’t comprehend how beautiful it is. But unfortunately I won’t be able to use it as the plug is completely broken 😢Ordered a second lamp as they are really gorgeous. But it’s been delivered as just a Crystal, not a crystal lamp. Can’t get hold of the seller at all. No way of speaking to them. Yet again, gutted and let down.
