I use it as work shoes to compliment my railroad Conductor uniform. It’s a good fit, has a good amount of space, very stylish, & cheap. Material is not that sturdy, so it’ll wear in over time. Satisfied with purchase.

I recently purchased the Bruno Marc dress boots with a side zipper, and I couldn’t be more impressed. These boots are a perfect blend of style and versatility. I am a woman who needed a pair of men's boots for an upcoming event. My husband saw these and immediately said, "Where did you get these? I need a pair!" These are top notch so far: style, stitching, comfort, material, insole padding. I was concerned that they would be too narrow across the toe bed, but they are not. The zipper adds to the ease of the on/off and to the comfort and style. I will, however, be working to soften the tongue and back of the shaft because they rub at my ankles. Really happy about the purchase so far.

These shoes combine style, comfort, and durability better than anything I’ve owned. • Stylish & versatile – always get compliments, match with everything. • Extremely durable – survived 30k+ steps daily, indoors/outdoors, all weather. • Fit – tight first week, then breaks in well; might size up for insoles. • Cons – laces need replacing (elastic + side zipper preferred). • Worth it – definitely buying another pair when these wear out.

I have purchased these shoes three separate times now, so I do recommend them, however with several caveats. Before I get into it, if you are looking for a dress boot that is both comfortable and durable, then you will need to spend more money than this (think $150+). These boots have several issues: first, the insole is thin and uncomfortable. If you are wearing these boots to work, then you will need to buy an insert to save your feet. However, this leads directly to the second problem: these boots are not roomy in width. I wear size 8.5 shoes, and my first pair was always uncomfortably tight on my feet (which I still preferred to sore feet), so for my 2nd pair I purchased size 9, and they were STILL too tight! I cannot go up further, as there is more than an inch of space in the toe of the shoe, so if I want to use a comfortable sole insert, these shoes will just be tight. Finally, these boots are not very durable. Within 6 months the leather will peel off the top of the shoe in spots, usually in the toe area, and on my second pair the soles separated entirely from the bottom of the shoe within the same time. All that being said, at this price (and they often go on sale for $35) these are the best wingtip boots with a zipper you can find! 😉 Since They usually last about 6 months (maybe a bit more), I only need to buy two pairs a year, and the total cost is much less than the $150+ I would spend on a "nice" pair. 🤷‍♂️

My Doctor Who loving son said his boots are comfy enough to walk on ice without slipping! The best part? He says the side zippers make them super easy to put on and take off. The craftsmanship is also super nice, and the materials are so high quality that they are durable and comfortable. These boots are well made, so I have a good feeling they are going to last a long time. He even says they are comfortable for normal everyday walking around.

Size is perfect, they feel comfortable out of the box, I've worn mine all day with no chafing. I had a similar pair from the same brand and wore them out with daily use so I'd say they are worth the purchase price. Decent quality, you get what you pay for. Go great with smart casual chinos & jeans, or trousers for a more formal look.
