I made sure to actually write a review because of how strongly I recommend these! I don’t like drinking coffee often, and struggle to stay awake or make it through the day without having to take a nap or two. I also work very late nights on weekends, so I knew I had to find something to help. The first few days were very smooth and my body adjusted well. I didn’t get any shakes or jitters, but it’s recommended to keep yourself hydrated on these. I often used to joke that I’m living in the body of a 70 year old woman, when I’m not even nearly half that age. Now I can go through the day and not think about how tired I am, and not get that ‘crazy rabid squirrel from ice age’ feeling when I’m on them. Only 4 because I tried to open one to put in a smoothie and it was terribly bitter. Almost out, so ordering more!

I am usually quite skeptical about things like this. Like it's just an amino acid and some caffeine, how much could it really do anything? I am pleased to be proven wrong! I have made my partner try this stuff too and they had similar results. My partner told their parents only to find out they have recently been taking the stuff with great results too! With this product - I am awake, not jittery. I am present, alert, with little anxiety. If I do have any anxiety, I am more resilient in the face of it. I've been able to go to meetings, go to class, live my life without the fatigue, brain fog, and persistent anxiety I have had for years. For once. I am not a doctor, I will not tell a soul to eschew a doctors help over something they read on an amazon review for a supplement, but if you struggle with anxiety, low energy, trouble focusing, please consider giving this a try. It is not a magic pill, it's not gonna get you HiGh or anything like that, but it has helped me and my partner immensely (and immediately).

I use a similar product with no issues. I wanted to try a different brand so I bought these. After taking it, I got a bad headache that lingered all day. The energy wasn’t very even either. I won’t be using again and unfortunately can’t return.

Perky pills, do the job and I like the lower dose. Dunno about the other gear in them but I don't notice any negative from it so beauty bonza!
