Advertised as 'non slip', the non slip on it does not even stick to the seat. Impossible to use.

The seat is not fitting on my commode which is square in shape. The anti slip also doesn't work. Is it possible to return please?

I ordered it for my MIL after her knee replacement surgery I put it n check it it fits properly. Since my MIL didn't need it I asked for return but the seller is so kind they not only refund my money as gift card but also ask me to keep the seat that's so kind of them

If your bathroom is unheated, BurrRRRRrrrrrrr! Yep, it's hard plastic. No give at all, but simple to install and fits perfectly. I'm 5'8 "and 190lbs, and I can report no slippage. Steady and solid. No stars were deducted because it's my fault; I didn't check for padding and didn't consider it being a block of ice at 2 AM in my unheated bathroom. (Very old house and fixed income.) I see some stick-on thin padding on Amazon that should help. Ok, vent time. Although my unit was fine and arrived in great shape, obviously new, the very first video was about someone who was sent an obviously used unit. Yuck. And she had receipts in her video showing that it had been used. So check yours over when you open the box. Now, to be clear. This is not the manufacturer's Fault! It's AMAZON. If you have spent any time reading Amazon reviews, you will find complaints throughout them about customers receiving a USED product. I'll stop here with a final thought. Great product; you will notice a difference in bathroom usage with that extra height.

Great riser. Quite tall. Great for knee injury when squatting too painful on my unusually low toilet. Very satisfied. Sturdy. Eady to install/remove and eady to clean.

Seat is now so much easier for my dad to get on and off of. Very comfortable and it fit right on my toilet with ease. Fits snug and is easy to take off and on. Material is easy to keep clean and well. Wiped down no problem. A quick and easy safety measure. Worth the money.
