Hello, it’s hard to measure exactly because is memory foam but it’s pretty close to 38 inches.. maybe off half an inch.. I know it can be overwhelming to buy a memory foam because you wouldn’t know if it will expand to full length but I was very happy and satisfied with my purchase.
