I wasn’t impressed with it. It didn’t plump my lips. I’m sure the brush part works fine on one end, but it doesn’t plump.

Can you use as an eyeliner?

I have this in a pink shade and only use on my lips and could possibly use a blush but never used as eyeliner. I love Buxom products!!
