Absolutely LOVE the Naked brand. No stevia, sugar alcohols or other junk. I read the reviews for this product and since I have had such great experiences with other Naked products I thought I'd try it. I went in hoping I would like the flavor. Some of the other reviews had me nervous but I really enjoy it. It has a nice tart and citric acid flavor, but isn't too tart. I don't taste the mushrooms at all. I agree with others that have said it doesn't dissolve completely in water but that isn't a big deal for me. I just add a little more water to my cup, give it another stir, and down whatever is left in the bottom, which honestly usually isn't much. I drink it before bed because I noticed it does help me relax, especially after working out which I do in the evenings. My only real complaint about this stuff is that it doesn't come in a bigger size.

I honestly love everything about this brand and their supplements, and the Naked Recovery has become one of my favorites. Not only does it actually taste good and smell good (which is rare for recovery powders), but it really does the job after my toughest workouts. I’ve noticed I feel less sore and bounce back quicker, which makes it easier to stick with my training routine. It’s clean ingredients wise, simple, and effective — exactly what I want in a supplement. Highly recommend to anyone who takes recovery seriously and its a great value for youre money.

This does really help with recovery. The ingredients like tart cherry have a lot of evidence for that. The taste is good. Reminds me of Lipton Iced Tea powder… Only problem is the powder begins to harden quickly. If you don’t use it after its opened, it will become rock hard rather quickly.

Great clean product! Highly recommend! It gives clean, non-jittery, energy and mental clarity during pickleball. I do not like playing without it! Minimal and clean ingredients! It has a nice and mild ice tea flavor and mixes well in anything. Absolutely no mushroom flavor! I love so many of Naked’s products!

I really like the flavor, nice and tart without being overbearing. I don’t know if I’m getting any of the health benefits because I’m drinking it with Naked fiber, so I don’t know if it’s also helping with my digestion. I haven’t noticed a difference with my focus or improvement with sleep, other any other benefit I read some people having. I’ve been drinking it for 3-4 weeks now, and I’m going to buy another container and see how it continues to go. For the price and the flavor, I don’t mind using it a little longer to see if it will help

I had high hopes for this product but the flavor is not great. I personally thought I would get used to it but it's just a weird combination for me. It mixes okay, I've put in smoothies as well but just something I will not buy again. It does have nice/clean ingredients but I think for the amount of money you're spending on this- it should more enjoyable.

My husband is an avid gym goer, he LOVES this stuff. He swears by it helping with soreness and recommends it to everyone he knows! He said the taste isn’t amazing but he doesn’t mind it. We love this brand because it is clean!

I bought this as a replacement for mushroom coffee since I wasn't drinking it for the caffeine, but for the benefits that come from the adaptogens. One thing I notice is when I take this daily is I'm in a consistently better mood. Several of my co-workers have tried mine and are all getting it too now.
