This small toy drone comes with two tiny light weight batteries that take less than an hour to charge. The drone flies for about 7 minutes on each battery and is easy to change over. The whole device is super lightweight which I suppose is an absolute requirement so that it can gain flight. In order to control the drone there is a remote that resembles a video game control. The drone is easy to control (as long as you point it forward when you take off - there are white and red lights to show which is the front and which is the back). The right toggle is used to steer, the left controls height and can rotate the drone if it ends up facing the wrong way. There is a stunt button but I've not tried that as yet as I'm still performing my own stunts by accident :-/ You can emergency stop by depressing and holding the take off button. It's simple to learn and you'll be having fun within minute of opening the box. There are four spare propellers and a small screw driver. There are no batteries for the remote control which requires 3 x AAA. It's all good fun but watch out for your ornaments! Small enough to pop in your pocket, it is a bit noisy as four propellers spin at high speed. Priced at £29.99 which seems to be in the correct price range for this kind of toy drone. BUT just for the record - cats do not like this nor is it a cat toy!

Sowas muss man einfach unterstützen!!

This little drone comes nicely presented and would make a nice gift. To get started you need to charge the battery provided for the drone. They actually provide two but play time is only 6-7 minutes per battery. You also need to fit x3 AAA batteries (not supplied) in the remote control. I had no problems pairing the drone and controller. If you press the left stick forward once the drone starts up but remains on the ground, press that stick forward once more and up it goes. It is the easiest flying toy I’ve used, I usually crash until I get a feel for it but this one you can literally start flying it straight away. This makes it brilliant for kids or amateurs. It is very small so I wouldn’t use it outdoors but it’s so controllable you’ll have no problems indoors with this. At 29.99 (July ‘21) and currently with a 10% off voucher bringing it to £26.99 I find this a great buy, mainly because it is so easy to use and delivers a usable flying toy for all ages. I would definitely purchase again.

Comes nicely packed in a small box so would make an excellent gift. Inside is some "clamshell" packing containing the drone & control pad. Underneath this there are the two instruction manuals, rechargeable batteries [Lithium Polymer batteries x2[400 Milliamp Hours]], charger, small screwdriver & spare propellers [x4]. The first job is to charge the two batteries for the drone while you peruse the instruction manuals. Each battery takes about 45mins to an hour to charge via the USB charger. At this point its worth looking out the 3x AAA batteries [not included] you'll need for the remote control. These fit under the larger of the two Blue sliding doors on the base of the remote. I have no idea what the smaller door is for? maybe for another model? Once all charged take one of the batteries & slot it in under the drone. There is a power switch on the drone that is operated by pressing down until the lights start to flash. Pairing is done by turning on the drone, then turning on the controller then pushing the left joystick back & forth. To calibrate push both left & right joysticks diagonally down/left. Takeoff can be either by pressing the "one key take-off" button, pushing the joysticks 45° Left & Right simultaneously, then the left one forward or gently throwing the drone into the air. Landing is either by pressing the landing button or pulling the left hand joystick straight down. Depending on the temperature you get 6 to 10 minutes flight time from a battery. One of the handy things is that if you let go of the joysticks the drone will come to a hover. Handy 'till you get the hang of it. The LED lights let you know the orientation of the craft in the air. There are various stunts you can do. 360° flip, 360° rotate, emergency stop just have fun, though it may take a few recharges to get the hang of everything. The drone is very light, so unless its perfectly still out doors I'd use it inside. The blurb says that as well as adults & children cats & dogs will love it! Hmmm Knowing cats they'll take off like a scalded one when its turned on as its noisy. As to dogs well my Jack Russell used to chase helicopters, hot air balloons & hang-gliders... If he was still alive he would've gone nuts & eaten it. For £29.99 its good value as its a lot of fun. I think younger kids may find the recharge time a letdown, but older ones who understand will have great fun so I'd say well worth it.
