Good value, seems to work well.

This is a quality ginko powder that I have been adding to hot water in the morning, among other choice supplements. After turning 50 this year I decided to see if I could benefit from some different supplements. This ginko does not cause unwanted effect…and overall my supplement mix has improved my physical stamina and mental acuity. So far my average steps for this year are way up from last year!

It actually has a pleasant taste. I take 50-100mg and no more. Measured out in a calibrated scale. Drink water immediately after. It’s actually kinda sweet spicy and earthy. I would NOT recommend taking the suggested 300mg. That seems overkill and potentially harmful unless one has sought professional guidance. 150mg makes me feel weird and almost antithetical to the intended effect. Sometimes less is more but of course, each person’s physical makeup differs…
