Best saw palmetto
I have been using this product for a very long time. This is the only product available in the market with high percentage. I definitely see some results with this product. Highly recommended.

Quality of product
Product is good and is comparable to homeopathic Sabal serrulate tincture but is low in effectiveness compared to allopathic Tamsulosin.

Works well for early BPH
This supplement has really worked well for me to keep my BPH in check. After tests and talking to my urologist I tried this supplement instead of allopathy medicine due to their potential side effects. It took 15-20 days to see result but my condition has definitely improved. If your BPH is progressed then this may not be sufficient but for early stages it worked well for me. I can't comment on hair growth as I was not monitoring for it.

Cheating
The supply was 10% less in the bottle, ie 54 nos. instead of 60 number of capsules. A sort of cheating while marketing at discounted price ? Check with the manufacturer and compensate.
