Q: Is this thin or thick like regular Caramel syrup

This syrup is now very thin. I had bought this caramel syrup for a few years now & it was always thick & flavorful. My recent order was a huge disappointment. New labeling & thinner product with zero taste. Yet, still zero calories.

Q: Is this at least semi thick like regular caramel syrup for coffee and ice cream?

Yes it’s semi thick but still slightly runny. I use it for my coffees and it works great. You could definitely put it on ice cream

Q: Why do you pack it so poorly? the past 3 deliveries have had at least one broken bottle! dangerous and sticky.
