A bit narrow but very nice and wide for side mouse use. I like to keep my keyboard on a long mouse mat with plenty of room in front of it. This is just fine. The design is a pink Japanese-inspired wave design with purple background. I have a pink and purple keyboard (I know, there is no accounting for taste) and it's really cute with my purple desk accessories along side it.

I love it, great colors and photo quality, doesn't slip or anything and it's really easy to clean before it gets dusty. It still has a bit of a warped part on one end from how it was rolled during shipping but it's been flattening out over time
