I don’t know specifically how the sizing works, but I’m 5’0 and 2/4 size and I bought the xs. My sister is 5’2 bought the small. My friend is 5’11 bought the medium. We are all curvy women and those sizes work great. Hope this helps.

I don’t put pants under or over them. Or do you mean do they stick to you? They don’t. Just like wearing any other leggings.
