Can you do alternate exercises with bullworker classic one day and iso flow on the next day?

Of course. The devices are made for a flexible approach. I alternate traditional workouts at the gym on weekends with home workouts during the week, the Bullworker one evening the iso flo the next, with resistance bands thrown in to fill in the gaps. Listen to your body. If you find yourself drained the next day, take a day off.

Hello. Does this kit include a solid door anchor system?

No, and that's a drawback. You can generate more "body fight" when anchored to a door by "leaning" away from the door to preload the straps with your body weight.

Does this item come with the iso bow & the iso bow instruction book as well?

It comes with what you see in the picture. The iso-bow is separate.

What is the weight limit?

Since you do not hang from this device, there is no real weight limit. If you are talking about tension breakage on the straps, I believe it is about 800 lbs test.
