I got fed up with losing expensive lures on the bottom of the river, so risked trying these out,,Quite simply they are brilliant,,The downside is, I wanted floaters, and as they come, they sink very slowly,, so I removed the split ring, (as I always do), changed front treble to slightly smaller one,, and hey presto they float, !! That swimming action is great, and they rattle as well,, just like the well known expensive versions,, I'm so impressed, I've just ordered some more,,Also,, most importantly, they are a bit heavier than the well known brand, (for exactly the same size), and so cast much further,,Don't hesitate,, just buy some, if you don't like them, you're not much out of pocket,,

I've not used yet but they seem well made and the hooks are stick sharp so be caerful,good courling on them and the eye bright and clear i'm sure they will help to catch some good perch.

A bit fiddly to clip a trace to but worth it - with a soft tip rod these things are getting battered up and down the cut by jacks but had a couple of decent perch (2ld ish). Nice and seem durable.

Design is good with very clear image, they swim well I, am yet to catch on them but that most likely my fault not the lures fault lol.

Only used 2 out of this set which i consider good patterns for Perch.Fishing ultra light with a dropshot rod 1-8gm with 6ib braid and 4ib fluorocarbon leader iv managed to catch several nice sized Perch from my local canal. I have found that twitching the lure to be the best technique. They can be quite difficult to cast in a slight headwind due to there plug shape. Most fish caught close in casting close in to the towpath.Worth buying but mostly suited to Trout fishing streams and small rivers.
