Thin, but not see through at least around the house. I like it thin as it doesn't weigh much which is great when taking on a trip. Loose and comfortable. Best of all bright and colorful. It's so pretty it makes me happy and my husband likes it too. It has washed up well and is well make.

This is a good kaftan for wearing around the house. Washed without fading or bleeding color. Fit loose and comfortably. My only issue is that when you go sit or anything that causes the least bit of restriction, The side seams seem to pull away easily. No ripping or anything like that, just a weakening of the seam, easily seen up close. I had also bought the larger size and this didn't happen but it was EXTREMELY loose. Guess all this could be because of my arse size but since it fit quite loosely when standing, I wouldn't expect weak seems. I feel the material was also at fault, very thin.

The number one reason I bought this was the price. I am on a budget and didn't want to spend over $20.00 for it. I ordered the largest size. It fits perfectly with room for the fabric to flow around me. The length is perfect for me as well. It dusts the top of my foot and I can see myself wearing sandals in the summer or by the pool with this dress. It's comfortable wearing now as the spring is still cool where I'm at; since it's polyester, I imagine it will feel a tad warm in hotter months, yet the the way it's cut and moves over your body, it allows for air flow so that's good. The material is on the thin side, but not cheap looking or feeling. I didn't want anything heavy. I can't see through it but you could add a pair of leggings underneath if you wanted to feel more secure but either way, you could definitely go out in public wearing this and feel comfortable. Add a piece of jewelry and it dresses up nicely.

This is a very nice caftan and after reading some reviews where people said the seams were coming apart, I checked it over well and it seems to be put together well. I'll just have to see how it does after a gentle wash. It's very light material, but not see-through at all. I wouldn't be embarrased to be seen in my yard by passersby, to walk to my mailbox across the street, or answer the door to an unexpected arrival of a friend. This makes for a nice lounging dress around the house or even a bathing suit cover-up. It flows nicely. I do wish it had side pockets. I haven't worn it for any length of time yet, but I'll say I tried it on in 88 degree weather and no A/C on. I did not find the material hot. I am 5'-7" and normally wear 2X. I ordered the 20-24 and it fits so that there's plenty of room for when you sit down. I ordered the black and red combo because I already had black sandals, but I really loved the red and gold one. Maybe I'll order that one too after I give this one a full work out.

This is BEAUTIFUL!! EXCELLENT QUALITY...no loose threads, fine fabric, nice pockets, not sheer, nothing cheap about it. Made in India. I ordered the red and gold (more green than gold) in a small. I am 5'1" and about an inch of it lays on my feet but I will tie it around the waist with a black cord. PLENTY wide and comfortable. I will wear this on my deck san bra so it doesn't look like pajamas and I can still be seen by my neighbors. Love it!!

Got my normal size. Tighter around the hips than I would like and material is very thin. Very pretty, just not good quality. Stitching has come undone a bit.

I live in Florida and was looking for a cover-up that was lightweight and comfortable. It fulfills all categories. The Kaftans come in many colors and designs. i have ordered 5 so far. All completely different. I am very satisfied with this product.

Wife here, I absolutely love this, for reference I'm a bit over 5'8" and approximately 175lbs. It comes to just above my ankles, side slits come just above my knees. It's very comfortable, not sheer at all, light weight, roomy & flowy. It's perfect on a hot day. I'll be using it often over the summer. I will definitely order again. Side note... it has pockets!!! I didn't even realize this when ordering, deep enough to put my phone in them. Edit, a month later during prime days, I ordered a second one in a different pattern. I loved the first one so much I had to get another. Love the second one as much as I love the first.

This arrived quickly. I washed it in cold water and dried it on delicate setting with no problems. This is very pretty and comfortable, it looks exactly as pictured. I am never sure what size to order online since im not as slim as i once was (usually a size 8 or 10 or sometimes 12), I ordered the size 6-12 and it fits very loose yet comfy. I ordered a couple different colors and i am happy i did.
