Prescribed by my holistic practitioner. I have difficulty swallowing pills and sometimes capsules, these are caplets and super easy to swallow. I love them. I wish all pills came in this form. I reccomend these.

this medicine has worked wonders - it was prescribed by my doctor. It took like 2 weeks to see the results but totally worth it.

I was taking one tablet early evening and I found that each night I would have to run and pee at least three times. I actually asked my healthcare professional if it's not a diuretic instead. It did not help with sleeping. I did have a little bit more anxiety. My main issue was that I was having night sweats... Hard to tell if it helped. Didn't seem to for me.

I like the size, which is small. And it actually works!
