Defective Kayaks were sent out, and I requested a $500.00 credit for the missing parts and holes in the kayaks not being drilled. Company did not offer a postage-paid-label. I filed an A-Z claim, which then got me a postage-paid-label option. For the price of these kayaks, the workmans ship is terrible.

This thing is SO cool! The Lexan hull is thicker and stronger than i expected but it's still light enough for a single person to carry it. We've been using it in the ocean on calm days and in the river behind our house. Tons of storage and it's very sturdy once you're sitting in it. A+++ (Tip: Don't store it right-side-up.... our son left it out one night and it filled with water from the sprinklers... a few days later algae was coating the inside like a fish tank)

Return policy. The kayak is gigantic. One person cannot get it onto a car. Company will not let me return the kayak.

Better be prepared to clean this often, very often.

Took it to Silver Springs and it was awesome to have our own glass bottom boat! Everyone commented that they wanted one!

If the is more that 1' swells, this kayak will take on water and sink! Float ballast strings will break and kayak will sink! Weight rating is not accurate in the slightest. This is a novelty, at best. DO NOT ENDANGER YOUR SELF OR LOVED ONES!

After ordering the crystal kayak, the customer service center did an amazing job answering the questions I had regarding pick-up and delivery. They were helpful and attentive and made the process easy and convenient. My husband and I also love the kayak and can't wait to take it on vacation.

I saw this kayak and just had to get it! This just took it up a notch... So much fun viewing underwater life! We live in La Paz Mexico where the water is crystal clear so it works amazing!
