Can this be used for tight linng?

The pencil tip is small at first but it is also soft. I think a liquid would be better for what you described. I want a soft gel smudge and this works well for that. I also dust with eye shadow right away to set it.

You don’t push up the tip, you sharpen it just like a pencil. You can buy a small hand held pencil sharpener like you would for school or even better, you can find one in every cosmetics section of any drug store, they work great. You’ll be glad you bought one. Many nicer eye pencils, and lip pencils require sharpening.
