How does it hang? Does it have hangers under the fabric piece that goes on the rod, or it it velcro?

It has velcroed flap that goes over rod.

You indicate that the top shouldn’t bend because it’s not “clumsy cardboard”. We bought 2 with 2 more on the way but the top IS bending, any advice?
