I made a raspberry chocolate tart using these and the milk chocolate discs. I used most of the bag of the raspberry and not sure how much of the milk chocolate. I made it in a rectangle pan. It was incredible! It was such a hit! This is definitely going to be a requested dessert!

i have only just received the feves and already i fear i may consume the entire bag before i have a chance to bake with them! when i opened the bag, there was not much smell. just a general white chocolate scent. then i bit into one and i was 13 again, eating freshly-picked raspberries by the side of the road in rural Indiana. they are sweet, but very tart, with a fresh raspberry flavour i cannot comprehend. witchcraft! wizardry! i don't know how Valrhona have done it, but i would buy a 3kg bag of these without the least hesitation, regardless of price.

For close to 30$ I expected a larger bag. My fault for not checking the ounces, but still ,it’s gonna be less than a cup melted down for my intended use.Edited, 1/24 I have added a star ⭐️- these TASTE FANTASTIC!. I was originally disappointed and thought the quantity was not worth the money…. But I made dipped pretzels for Christmas and used this as a drizzle, and it was delicious. While quite expensive there is no artificial taste and they add a superior raspberry taste. An extravagance in my opinion, but for a special occasion or luxury these fit the bill.
