I remember buying ashwagandha years ago as an early adult.. and breaking out. But as I have been in college I have been looking for supplements for anxiety or calming effects when giving speeches. This is because I love coffee and use zyn which both are stimulating. What I will say is there is a "decent" anxiety reduction. Also, this product seems superior to what I have taken before, no adverse reactions such as breaking out. Yes, it can lower cortisol, inversely increasing testosterone, therefore causing acne. Whether my case is from age or a better product, I have no clue. I am happy with the product no stomach irritation or uncommon side effects. Even with a mild Casein milk protein allergy I have no reaction to their allergy warning. That's my day job. I can end my Dracula existence, creature of the night, and now live out in the sun light, once again. Though I'm still a wolf man, you can feel my heartbeat, carnivore is in my blood line, the tell-tale heart is here, pacing faster, especially when I find myself howling like a Lunatic during the Full Moon, the slacked jaw open like an Apex predator, KSM-66 helps to restore my disposition, so I can now walk upright as a man, go about the day like a sensible Dr. Jekyll--no longer fearful of my alter-ego, this Night stalker, this beast within, this knuckle scraping fiend, this ghastly Mr. Hyde, this grotesque monster that I am, this madness which robs me of my precious back breaking sleep. This should be taken for Anxiety. Do not think you are going to boost any testosterone with this! No such thing exists. Also it will tale about 2-4 weeks to notice a difference, anytime before that is a placebo effect.
