Not working as it should and always overheating
First, the installation was difficult because there wasn't a clear manual to follow. Also, the screws for the wall couldn't hold the weight and we had to buy new stronger screws. The biggest issue after few weeks of use now is the temperature. After 5 mins, it stops working and making so much noises with the warning that it's too got but my clients hair is still colds and not steams properly. I need a refund pls 🙏🏽 😪 😔
