This was a gift for my mother in law, easy to use and she absolutely loves it!

Definitely not user-friendly, has a lot of issues with its app and it stopped letting me load after 120 pictures. Also, the App would continuously close whenever I tried to open it, very poorly put together. Needs major updates. I don’t recommend this product.

After adding pictures initially the frame won't ( 50 pictures) the frame won't load up new ones even though there is room. I've tried everything including rebooting, removing and adding the app again. So how would one get help with this? Who nows there is no way to get it. If I could return it I would. I hope nobody else makes the mistake I did.

Bought for my mother so she could stay up to date on grandkids. Love it!!

The app you need to use does not work and many people have reviewed stating such but the company spams fake reviews in broken English stating that it works great. This is a complete scam and there is no way to use the frame.
