Wax smells a little weird and the warmer works okay the only thing bad about it is the temperature is either way to hot or not hot enough there’s no in between also the power cord is a bit short

I have used this product multiple times since it arrived. It heats the wax quicky, and you can adjust the temperature if needed. As a beginner, I can say that it is easy to use, and the hard wax beads worked just fine. The only drawback is that it can be messy. I haven't quite figured out the best way to clean it (even though cleaning instructions are in the box), but that is solely an operator error. No regrets!

The wax pot itself works fine (so far). I initially purchased this pot bc it was cheap, I didnt plan on using the wax it came with. The photo shows the product comes with stick, mine didnt have sticks but had everything else pictured.I decided to try the wax, it sucked 0/10. It cooled off completely by the time I spread it on my finger (my test patch) making it almost impossible to spread a decent layer of wax over the hair. Once pulled, it removed almost no hair. I say almost bc it did grab one hair with every test (I did about 5 tests trying to give the benefit of the doubt). I tried multiple tests, each with the wax at a different heat setting and every time it seemed once it came to spread the wax it had already cooled off too much.Again I didnt plan on using the wax this machine came with so no biggie for, (I already planned on using a different brand) but I thought I'd just entertain the thought of seeing how well this wax worked, it was trash. So if you are looking for a wax warmer that doesnt break the bank, I would recommend this one, I would just purchase a different hard wax brand.

I have professional background in waxing so I know a good deal about the subject and equipment. I wanted something cheap but decent for home use. I ordered this one because the picture showed it had a wax scraping bar across the top of the pot. It didn't come with that or any collars to catch dripping wax that I also saw in the pictures. The removable pot it comes with doesn't fit the warmer correctly which is annoying when trying to stir or pick up wax. It also has a plastic handle which is not good. Pull it off to remove it and throw it away, it will melt eventually if you don't and cause potential burns if you went to pick it up. You don't need it to remove the pot. Never remove a hot pot of wax to begin with. I will probably buy a real empty one that's the correct size from beauty supply to replace it. The wax prep and removal products and the hard wax it comes with are not of good quality. At all! The texture of the wax makes it hard to apply, glide, and remove with ease which makes it harder to get a good outcome. If you buy this set buy it just for the warmer itself, everything else is junk. But 23 bucks is a good deal for just the warmer itself so don't expect anything but that to be ideal. I tested the wax out on my arms since its the least sensitive area on me, it was terrible to work with. I highly recommend getting yourself some satin smooth, cirepil, starpil, etc pro quality wax. It will be so much easier for you to use and it works better at removing the hair.
