Cattleman's Cut Peppered Steakhouse Beef Jerky, 10 Ounce

This is REALLY high quality beef jerky. Prime cuts, full of flavor, not greasy nor over salty. This makes jack links and all other name brands seem like dog food. It’s moist but not wet. Cant go wrong with the 10oz bag at the current price compared to any other maker. I’ve probably bought 20-10oz bags at this point and I’m pretty picky about my beef jerky. Out of all of my bags only one was on the dry side but most likely due to very small hole in bag from shipping.Cattleman’s cut jerky is literally a cut above the rest. This is not a paid or endorsed review…although I wish I was. Grab yourself a bag and try to just have a couple pieces…I bet you cant, seriously, I’d put money on that.

i have been eating this brand for years as it is not the gross brands of fake "meat" hydraulically pressed together it is actual jerky. i understand the currenet economy but this stuff just keeps going up and up from when it was originally 11 bucks a bag. at 20 a bag there are a dozen equally good competitors. will restock when it does not mean setting my wallet on fire.

I bought 3 varieties: classic, teriyaki, and peppered and enjoyed every single one of them.I love the way they're packaged because it doesn't force me to commit to finishing an entire bag in a short period of time because once opened, most jerky tends to mold quick; each bag has 6 months shelf-life.It's tender with some pieces being satisfyingly stringy/chewy but lean. I haven't encountered any fatty blobby pieces yet which I preferably enjoy without.Proportion ratio per piece is perfect and isn't a huge shredded/fragmented mess.It's a sweet jerky, all 3 variants, and is a little overly salty to my liking but still addictively tasty.I find it most comparable to "Old Trapper" brand but the main difference is it isn't as tough or candied if you must. I much prefer this brand over most.

Would buy again.The only reason gave 3 stars instead of more is because there are a couple questionable ingredients. Strongly prefer minimal to no additives.

Great stuff if ypur a meat eater. Some may find it strong, I find it great quality real jerky 5he way it should always be. Not a sliim ji. its real deal. Ordered this Jerky and others made by Company. Always hi quality. Thick sliced squares of great jerky. Its very good, or I wouldn't recommend. Try not eating it all, it will last quite some time as bags large if you can control yourself. I've also eaten a bag in 2 days alone. Always fresh, always quality, always a go to on my snacks list.

This beef jerky is so delicious - not overly smokey. Light taste of teriyaki is perfect.The pieces range from small 1/4 inch to about 1 x 3 inch. They are a beef brisket texture so they are easy to tear into smaller pieces if needed. If you wear dentures or partials - you can still eat these. As the pieces are chewed they soften up.I buy the 10-ounce resealable bags which keep the jerky fresh.A bit expensive but worth the price.

The formula on this product has changed. The flavor is different. The texture is entirely different. It’s much more processed looking and tasting like the cheaper brands. I will no longer be purchasing this product. I have also shared my comments with the manufacturer directly through their consumer hotline and have yet to hear anything back.
