RF device learning button does not work on my phone. Can you troubleshoot it?

Pls confirm your original remote whether it supports RF433MHz or 315MHz. Our RM4pro Hub supports frequency range 305~335MHz and 430~440MHz. If your original remote can meet our support range, there is no problem to learn it to control. In the BroadLink App, tap "Me"-"Help center" for more information or contact our support team.

Does this take input from an IR remote?

Yes, our RM4pro is a IR/RF remote which can be used to replace your traditional factory remote and turn your appliances into smart way.

Will this work with a proflame fireplace remote control? bond did not... i fear the same issue with this. might be a rolling code.

Sorry, at present, our RM4pro can't support rolling code which requires access control or privacy protection. We only support RF315MHz (range: 305~335MHz) & 433MHz (range: 430~440MHz), fixed code.
