I requested to return this item because I received broken but the seller is asking to return and ship the item myself that will cost half of the price of the actual item. The most horrible experience and product I’ve ever seen

I would have returned it honestly due to the on receipt defective flashlight, which was a disappointing discovery, if my father hand not needed to actually use the cane immediately. He's refused to give it up since lol, he's a big fan of the pivot capacities and the easy fold away features also. It's super lightweight but also very sturdy and is in daily use for a man who had to have hip fracture surgery, recovery and navigating stairs to get into his apartment on a daily basis for the past year and it's still amazing. Very good value for money but maybe not a working flashlight. Not the end of the world considering it's other great features.
